How to apply to Aspire College, step by step
You can apply online in three short steps on the application page. Here is what you need ready, and what happens after you press submit.
Before you start: choose a level
The programme you can enter depends on the qualifications you hold. If you are unsure, our counsellors assess your qualifications at no charge, and the Level Finder on the home page can point you to a starting level. The guide to the routes into an HND may help too.
Step 1: your details
Your full name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, NIC or passport number, and date of birth. An address is optional.
Step 2: choose your programme
Pick the programme you are applying for from the full list.
Step 3: upload your documents
Upload images or PDFs, up to five files. Useful ones are an O/Level or A/Level results slip, an NIC or birth certificate, and a recent photograph. Anything else can be sent by email later.
What happens next
The admissions team reviews each application by hand and gets back to you. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place: entry depends on meeting the published entry requirements for the programme. Your details are handled as described in our privacy policy.
When can I start?
The college's main programmes start in February, June and September. Some shorter programmes start at other times: the Certificate in Digital Marketing next starts in October 2026, and the IATA diplomas in November 2026. Each course page shows its next intake.
